Brothers in Business, Champions for Kids

Brothers Justin and Casey Pflanz grew up in an entrepreneurial household, where big dreams and hard work were part of everyday life. With complementary strengths and a shared vision, they always knew they wanted to run a business together. That dream became a reality in 2012 when they purchased TAB Performance, a motorcycle exhaust and accessory company based in Bristol, Virgina. The brothers moved the business across the country to Lincoln, setting up shop in Justin’s two-stall garage. Since that day, TAB Performance has grown into a thriving enterprise, a testament to Justin and Casey’s dedication, vision, and partnership. 

In 2024, as part of TAB Performance’s charitable giving, Justin and Casey chose to support CEDARS for Give to Lincoln Day. That first donation sparked a deeper connection. After touring the organization and learning more about the impact CEDARS has on kids and families in Nebraska, the brothers felt compelled to do more. 

“CEDARS does an amazing job supporting children and families who need it most,” Justin shared. “We believe that children are our future, and we want to help ensure every child has the opportunity and support to build a bright one. CEDARS is one of the leading organizations in our community helping to make that happen.” 

Today, Justin and Casey are proud advocates for CEDARS mission and are committed to giving back to the community that has supported their dreams. As part of their ongoing support, they provide meaningful employment opportunities to youth in CEDARS transitional living programs, helping them discover their potential, gain confidence through new skills, and experience the satisfaction of meaningful work. Their generosity, through both their business and their personal values, is making a real difference for children and families across the region.
